I went on Abilify because delta 8 triggered my bipolar disorder. Depending on the reason you are taking Abilify, keep in mind high doses can cause mania if you are predisposed, just like d9 can. If no history of mania, then I'd assume you'd be fine but keep in mind we are all going on assumptions here. .
